Ordering

Ordering Flannel products from the Flannel Store makes it possible for more of your purchase dollars to go toward the creation of the next NOOMA and other Flannel films. You can order online from the Flannel Store 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You can also call Flannel Customer Service at 1 (877) 776-7755 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday Eastern time and complete your order with the assistance of a Flannel Customer Service representative.

The purchase of products is not tax deductible, but in most cases you can deduct donations that are processed through the Flannel Store. Please contact our development director or visit http://support.flannel.org to learn more about donations, deductions, and supporting our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders from the Flannel Store are shipped from our warehouse facility in Grand Rapids, MI and are usually processed within 24 hours. Expedited and next-day shipping options are available at any time, but please note that your order must be placed before 11:30 a.m. Eastern time in order to ensure shipment on the following business day. Please be aware that we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Please allow 5-10 days for orders shipped UPS Ground or using the Free Shipping method.

Flat Rate shipping on international orders only applies to 1 set. If ordering multiple sets, select a metered option or call customer service.

Privacy & Security

The information you submit during checkout is secured using 256-bit encryption. Credit card purchases are validated and charged through Authorize.net. If you choose to create an account with us, we store payment information in a format that makes it impossible to view or retrieve anything except for the last four digits of your credit card. We strive to provide better-than-industry-standard security with regard to your personal information.

Returns & Replacements

Defective products can be returned to us at no charge – please call Flannel Customer Service to arrange for shipping and for your refund. Up to 120 days after purchase, unwanted products can be returned to Flannel at your expense for a 95% refund of your purchase price as long as the original packaging remains unopened. Upon receipt of your unwanted, unopened products Flannel will contact you with status of your return and will arrange for you to pay a 5% restocking fee as part of the credit and refund process.

Sales Tax

Purchases from the Flannel Store will include sales tax for ship-to addresses located in Michigan. Customers whose shipping addresses are located in other U.S. states and territories are responsible for reporting and paying sales tax according to the laws of the states or territories in question.
